Governor’s Luncheon

12 Noon -3 pm  Menu & cost  to follow.

Reservations for this annual event will open on Monday, November 20th.   Reservations are a must for this popular event.  Walk-ins will not be accepted.  Send your reservations to dining@rhadc.bm 

In an effort to streamline charges for ease of billing, cash or credit cards will NOT be accepted.  Charges for non-members will be placed on the account of the member who invited them.  When making reservations please provide the name of each person in your party your membership number.

Please be mindful of the following:

  • The head table is always served first.
  • Plan to be at the Club approx. 2 1/2 – 3 hours.
  • Cancellation Policy:  If you have made reservations and are unable to attend please let us know 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged.

Timeline
12 Noon:   Cocktails in the Lower Lounge
12:15 pm:  Arrival of the Guest of Honour
12:20 pm:  Seating for Lunch
12:30 pm:  head Table is seated.

SMART DRESS – Jackets optional.  Christmas Ties and suits most welcome!
