The following apply to our sailing programmes: RegistrationPrior to participating in our programmes, we must have received the registration form; payment; and signed Release. Programmes may have a registration period when registration opens, and closes, noting that registrations after the close date will incur a late registration fee. MembershipMembers of the RHADC enjoy lower rates for the programmes, place guarantees, and use of the club house and facilities. Consider joining RHADC! PaymentFull payment is required at registration. We accept charges to RHADC Accounts; Credit Cards; cash, or cheques. Payment plans are available, subject to Club approval. FeesEach programme has a “programme fee” which applies to Club Members registering within the registration period. Additional fees are charged as follows: · Non-members fee – additional 25% of the Programme Fee · Late registration fee - additional 25% of the Programme Fee There will be no discounts/refunds for classes missed. DiscountsDiscounts are available to RHADC Club Members who register within the registration period (i.e. these are not available to non-members, nor are they available to late registrations). There will be no discounts/refunds for classes missed. ConfirmationIf you are a Club Member and submit registration within the registration period, then space in the programme is guaranteed. If you’re not a member, spaces are subject to availability. If a class is full, we will let you know immediately. CancellationsRefunds are available provided we have received notice in writing 14 days prior to the start of the programme. Refunds are available at any time prior to the start of the programme provided we have received a medical certificate stating incapacity. There will be no refunds once the Program has started. Note that sessions may be cancelled due to inclement weather. We will try to reschedule these sessions. There will be a $50 for a processing fee for all refunds. What should I wear/bring?Long sleeved T-shirt and shorts, hat, bathing suit, closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops or slip on sandals), lifejacket, water bottle, sunscreen, towel, spray top or rain jacket and a change of clothes. We recommend the purchase of a spray top and boots for the winter, early spring and late fall programs as the water may be cold. Lifejackets are provided for Adult programmes.
