Welcome to R.H.A.D.C. Sailing
Sailing is a vital part of the RHADC community and sailors make up our core constituent. From sailing lessons and coaching, to competition and race management, the RHADC is an active sailing club. Many of our menbers cruise, and RHADC offers much to support the cruising sailor. Come down to the Club, meet the sailors, the coaching staff, and members - you'll be warmly welcomed and ecouraged to take up this outdoor sport. The sailing programme is run by both volunteers and professional staff - overseen by the Sailing Committee. Please browse the site and contact us for more information.
R.H.A.D.C. runs a varied regatta programme, and acts as Organising Authority for a number of other races. The Club has experienced Race Management personnel, skilled in one-design and handicap racing, from dinghies to yachts. R.H.A.D.C. is a member of Bermuda Sailing Association, the Member National Authority (MNA) for Bermuda under ISAF, and meets the conditions for running racing under the Racing Rules of Sailing.
Please contact the Sailing Committee, or Sailing staff if your class is seeking an OA for a class event.
The Club runs 4 one-design events (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall) for dinghy and keelboat fleets; 4 Sunday morning handicap events; and the ever popular Wednesday Night Series in the summer months. In the Winter the Club runs Frostbite races for dinghy sailors.
As of December 2010 the Club's race Documents, News, and Results can be found on the Sailiong Portal - www.Lflag.com/BER
