RHADC GUIDELINES FOR REOPENING

We are happy to open outside dining for our valued members on the Patio, South Lawn and Boat House Deck.  Dining hours, noted below, are for this week and lunch & dinner will be served from the Chef to Go Menu.  *Normal dining hours will resume on Tuesday, May 26th  with updated menus.

We have implemented guidelines to protect you and our staff and we ask that all members and their guest be familiar with the expectations and adhere to them.

If you exhibit any signs of coughing, fever, sneezing, body aches, or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID 19 over the past 14 days, please stay at home and seek medical advice.

Behind the scenes there are protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.  Masks will be worn by all staff.  Surfaces will be sanitized regularly.  Sanitizing products will be available in all dining areas.

DINING

  • Outside dining only – Patio, South Lawn and Boat House Deck
  • Reservations are necessary for dining.  Walk-ins will be recorded and regulated and accepted based on availability.
  • Reservations can be made by calling 236-2250 or dining@rhadc.bm
  • Members must wear face masks whilst waiting to be seated and when not at their table.
  • Members will be greeted at the point of entry by a food & beverage staff member.  Physical distancing of 6 feet must be maintained during waiting/queuing.
  • Tables will be spaced 6 feet apart. Physical distancing between tables must be maintained.
  • Table service only.  No gatherings at the bar.
  • In the event of inclement weather, curbside service will be offered, except for Sunday evenings.
  • No outside food & beverage should be brought to the Club
  • Managers have the authority to administer a temperature checks if necessary.

CLUB RESTROOMS

  • Only one person will be allowed to use the facilities at any given time.

PATIO & SOUTH LAWN

  • Lunch:  Thursday  to Sunday 11:45 am – 2:30 pm
  • Dinner:  Thursday to Saturday 6 pm – 8 pm
  • Codfish Breakfast:  Sunday 9:30 am to 2:00 pm
  • Seating capacity:  20 max at each location
  • Dining may be limited to one hour at the table, if demand exceeds the limited seating capacities.

CURBSIDE TAKEOUT SERVICE

  • Lunch:  Thursday to Sunday 11:45 am to 2:00 pm
  • Dinner:  Thursday & Saturday 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
  • Codfish Breakfast: Sunday, 9:30 am to 2:00 pm

BOAT HOUSE DECK

  • Members ordering takeout are welcome to dine on the deck
  • No food & beverage service available
  • Seating capacity – 20 max
  • Face masks must be worn
  • Physical distancing applies
  • Must discard trash in the bins available

CLUBHOUSE

Remains closed.  Lower restrooms available  for diners.
